Jess Hunnisett leads operations and compliance at Riverslea Property Management.
I’ve spent much of my career working behind the scenes in the real estate industry, developing a strong operational and compliance lens that supports everything we do at Riverslea.
I’m naturally detail-oriented and systems-focused, with an awareness of risk that informs how I approach decisions. I work to ensure our processes, documentation and day-to-day management are consistent, clear and carefully considered — so clients feel confident everything is in order, even when situations become complex.
I’m committed to building a business that is transparent, principled and steady in its approach. To me, professionalism should be grounded in common sense, and strong systems should support — not override — the human side of property management.

Lisa Prince leads property management and client relationships across Wanaka and surrounding areas.
I’ve worked my way up through the property management industry, gaining hands-on experience at every level. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, which has shaped a practical, grounded approach to day-to-day management.
I’m known for handling situations calmly and fairly — even when they’re complex or emotionally charged. I believe most property issues can be avoided, or at least significantly reduced, through clear expectations, timely communication and early intervention.
As a homeowner myself, I understand how important it is to protect a property and maintain its value. My focus is always on safeguarding the integrity of the asset while maintaining respectful, workable relationships so things run smoothly — without unnecessary noise
